Vortex, reaction cell, liquid handling and LC injection
A new video for HT4000A - HTA Sample Prep Workstation for Chromatography - has been published. This video focus on the most used functions of HT4000A; in this video we show:
- Vortex/heating of the samples to condition prior the analysis
- Liquid handling capabilities
- Object handling capabilities
- LC injection
The reaction cell, where the sample vessel is automatically inserted, permits to condition the sample in a controlled environment. Both the speed of the vortex station and the heating temperature can be independently set. Also the operating time of the vortex and the heater cell can be set independently, bringing the maximum flexibility to run the conditioning in the reaction cell. The advanced liquid handling capabilities permits then to perform a direct LC injection.
