HT1500U can be used in a number of flow-through-cell (also known as flow-through cuvette or quartz cell) applications such as: UV-VIS, NIR, colorimeters and many more. Different configurations are available: HT1500U supports stainless steel as well as polymeric needles to deal with metal sensitive applications;. Furthermore, we offer a wide choice of fluidics to deal with different sizes of flow through cells, including also nano flow through cuvettes, micro cuvettes as well as macro cells.
HT1500U holds multiple racks - each of them removable- to allow continuous sample feeding and more convenient operations. The on-board solvent reservoir allows for the needle and the whole flow path to be cleaned before processing the next sample. To fit your preferences we support open as well as sealed tubes.
HT1500U comes with HTA Autosampler Manager, our complementary software for method programming. A simple, easy-to-use keypad allows you to start the analysis by just loading your samples and pushing the START button. All the samples in the racks will be automatically processed: we feature several options for integration with your analyzer and - eventually - your data acquisition software. Beside undoubted productivity boost, an autosampler will increase analysis robustness and will significatively reduce carry-over: you can indeed programme as many washing cycles as you need for this purpose; sample replicas and calibration curve could be conveniently run whenever needed with no fuss. Moreover, in case you have a precious sample to analyse, you should not worry anymore about product handling (with the relative risk of sample spill or waste). HT1500U could automatically bring back the sample inside its vessel after the analysis instead of displacing to the waste tank.
